Shipping Information

1. How much does shipping cost?

No need to pay extra for shipping as we provide you the best
and completely free shipping service.

2. What is the estimated delivery time?

Our estimated delivery time is 12 to 15 days after your order.
And for stitch or customization purpose also need additional time of 2 to 3
days for customization.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

4. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, you can change it. But it is not possible to change
your address and anything else if it is shipped.

5. What shipping options are available?

We do offer a normal standard shipping, expedited Shipping
in 6 days, and the associated delivery times.

2. What is your refund and return policy?

Please note that we are accepting returns/refunds. We only
give a one-time exchange within 2 days of delivery. And if you need refund for
your order then you need to give us a valid reason for that.

Order & Returns

1. What items are eligible for return?

Damaged, wrong and Expired item are eligible to return.

2. How do I initiate a return?

If you want to do return on your order then you need to
contact us on this help@box2buy.com. We may ask for a digital picture of the
same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange once we received
the product back at our office.

3. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

Yes, you can change it if the item arrives different form
your order.

4. What if I received the wrong item?

If you received a wrong or defective item then you need to
contact us on help@box2buy.com. And also we may ask for a digital picture of
the product.
