Ingredients:
- Amla (Amalaki),
- Hirda (Haritaki),
- Behada (Bibhitak)
How to use:
- 1.5 g (approx. 1 tsp) with ghee and honey in the night before sleeping or as directed by the physician.
- 1.5 g (approx. 1 tsp) with warm water twice a day after food or as directed by the physician.
