Dose:
Charak Pharma M2 Tone Syrup should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the below steps should be followed to have the tonic.
- Drink twice a day
- Drink the supplement after meals
- Have 2 tablespoons of the syrup a day
- Should be consumed at least 3 months for effective results
- Users are advised to avoid intake of spicy food, curd, and yogurt during the course
